Quick Turn Around
Because you are placing your order directly, we
can ship plans to you quickly. If your order is placed before
3:00 pm EST, we can ship most plans to you over night or within
3-5 business days, depending upon the shipping method you choose.
Some plans may take up to 2 weeks for shipment. Please note
that we cannot ship to a P.O. box; please provide a physical
street address.
Our Exchange Policy
Since Boyatt Gallery of Homes Blueprints are printed
especially for your order, there are no refunds. If for some
reason, you find that the plan you purchased does not meet your
needs, you may exchange that plan for another plan in our collection.
Boyatt Gallery of Homes allows you thirty days from the time
of purchase to make an exchange. At the time of the exchange,
you will be charged a processing fee of 20% of the total amount
of the original order plus the difference in price between the
plans (if applicable) and the cost to ship the new plans to
you. Vellums cannot be exchanged. All exchanges must be approved
by an authorized BGH representative before the exchange can
take place. Please call our customer service department if you
have any questions.

The best way to order Boyatt Plans is online
via our shopping cart and secure server where you may
pay with major credit cards. If you prefer to mail or fax your
order, complete the online order form and select the option
to mail or fax payment. Please note that faxed payments must
include credit card information. Please contact us by phone
or email if you have questions.

Shipping Carriers
Shipping is provided by FedEx, DHL or USPS. Any
of our products may be shipped by ground, 2nd day or over night.

Orders
Under most circumstances, you can expect your
order to ship the next business day. Should an item be temporarily
out of stock, you will be notified by email or by phone. The
item will be shipped immediately when it becomes available.
If we are unable to ship your order within ten days, you will
be given the option of receiving a full refund.
Returned Shipments
In the event that the shipping carrier is unable
to deliver your order, either because no one was there to receive
it or for any other reason, please be advised that shipping
charges will not be credited.
